    I don't think there will be a statistic out there for each gear, normally they just give an RMP for max torque

    The maximum torque will be acheived at the engine's peak horsepower. Horsepower peak different than an engine's torque peak and of course the speed will be different. It's no problem for me to figure out either one as long as I have the correct information. I'm pretty sure I have a bike magazine laying around somewhere with a Sportster dyno chart. I don't know if the report has the gear ratios or not, but if you want the info, look in the operator's manual to see if it gives the primary reduction ratio, transmission gear ratios, final reduction (from tranny to rear wheel) and rear wheel tire size. I've made up an Excel spreadsheet to calculate speed and rpm using the ration information. Email me the info and I can get you the info.
